Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 26, 2026
This policy explains what data AI Tool Nest ("we", "us", the "Site") collects when you visit, how it is used, and the choices you have. We aim for the shortest honest version of this document.
1. Information we collect
- Usage data (aggregated). We may use privacy-friendly analytics to see which pages and tools are popular: page URLs, approximate country, browser type, and referrer. No direct names or email addresses are collected by the Site itself.
- Email you send us. If you contact us, we keep the message and address to reply and record corrections. We never sell it.
- Cookies and similar technologies. See section 3. The Site has no accounts, no login, and no checkout, so we collect essentially nothing you type into a page.
2. How we use it
Only to (a) understand which content helps readers, (b) answer your enquiries, and (c) keep the site secure and functional. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use AI to profile individual visitors.
3. Advertising (Google AdSense)
This Site displays advertising served by Google through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies (including the DART cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You can also opt out of third-party vendor cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices.
- Some advertisers or ad networks may use ad-serving technology measured through cookies or web beacons; any such technology is subject to the respective advertiser's privacy policy, not ours.
4. Third-party links
The Site links to external products (e.g. AI tool websites). Once you click an outbound link, the destination's privacy policy applies. We are not responsible for third-party data practices and mark most outbound tool links with rel="nofollow".
5. Data retention & security
Server and analytics data is retained only as long as needed (typically up to 14 months). Emails are kept until the enquiry is closed plus one year. Hosting uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) for every page.
6. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to access or delete any personal data we hold about you (for example, an email you sent). Contact [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA/UK you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; in California, you may not be discriminated against for exercising CCPA rights. Children under 16 should not send us personal data.
7. Changes to this policy
We'll update the date at the top when material changes occur. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
